Who said that eating healthy was hard? This was a super easy healthy meal that the husband and I had tonight...and I spent no time at all on it! And it was delicious!

Demarle Products Used:

-Medium Perforated Baking Sheet (MA435310)

-Deep Flexiflat (FL002020)

-Premium Large Round Mold (FM000477)

-Octagonal Silpat (SP002626

-Silicone Pastry Brush (TA000113)

-Meyer Lemon Olive Oil Blend (DK012)

Ingredients:

-Skinless Salmon Fillets (I used frozen and thawed them out)

-Lemon

-Garlic

-Rice (I used Uncle Ben's long grain and wild)

-Whatever vegetable you prefer (I used green beans because that's what the husband wanted)

Directions:

Let's get started! Preheat oven to 450 degrees. While that is preheating, place your Deep Flexiflat on top of your Medium Perforated Baking Sheet. Use your Demarle Pastry Brush to coat salmon fillets with Demarle's Meyer Lemon Olive Oil. Place salmon fillets on the Deep Flexiflat. Cut lemons into slices and place on salmon fillets. Put as much garlic as you would like on the fillets for taste. Place the fillets in the oven and cook for 12-15 minutes depending on your oven. While that is cooking, put rice in your Demarle Large Round Mold. Now depending on the rice you get, follow the microwavable directions on package. I used Uncle Ben's so therefore, I put rice, seasoning, water, and some olive oil in my round mold and mixed it all together. Put Octagonal Silpat on top of the Large Round Mold to seal it. Place in microwave for 8-10 minutes. Once done take out and let sit aside for about 5 minutes so the rice can absorb the water.

Heat up your vegetables and you're all done! Quick, simple, and healthy meal with little work and very little clean up since you used Demarle!

-Good eating tonight and I'll catch ya Demarle ;)
